The Celebration of Life for Mr. Chinnell Lowe, Jr. will be held on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at 11:00AM at the Layne Historical Chapel, 7239 Austin A. Layne Jr. Way (West Florissant), St. Louis, Missouri, with Visitation beginning at 10:00AM until the beginning of service.

The Interment will be held in Lake Charles Park Cemetery
