The Celebration of Life for Mr. Willie Melvin Blair, will be held on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at 11:00AM at the Layne Renaissance Chapel, 7302 Austin A. Layne Jr. Way (West Florissant), St. Louis, Missouri,with Visitation beginning at 10:00AM until the beginning of service.

The Interment will be held at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
