Austin Augustus Layne, Jr Digital Register Book Austin Augustus Layne, Jr. was born by midwife on July 12, 1936, to the late Honorable Bishop Austin Augustus, Sr. and First Lady Selena Alberta Layne in St. Louis, Missouri.
