MRS. ODEAL MITCHELL DOUGLAS departed this life on Friday, November 22, 2019. Visitation will be 10 - 11 a.m. on Monday, December 2, 2019 at Ark of Safety Christian Church, 2529 Charwood in St. Charles, MO., with Celebration of Life Services to begin promptly at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow services at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
