WALTER TUBBS JR. departed this life on Sunday, January 12, 2020. Visitation will be 9 - 10 a.m. on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at Friendly Temple M. B. Church, 5544 Dr. M. L. King Dr., with Celebration of Life Services to begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow services at St. Peter's Cemetery.
