Joyce Ann Bailey departed this life on Wednesday, December 30, 2020. Visitation will be 9 a.m. - 10 a.m. on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at Layne Renaissance Chapel, 7302 West Florissant Ave., with Celebration of Life Services to begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Lake Charles Park Cemetery. All in person gatherings have been limited per Governor Mike Parson. In order to adhere, we encourage you to sign the Guestbook and leave online condolences for the family.
