Baby Kandence Elazir Williams departed this life on Saturday, May 15, 2021. Celebration of Life Services will begin promptly at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at Austin Layne Historic Chapel. Interment will follow at St. Peter's Cemetery. All in person gatherings have been limited per Governor Mike Parson.
