Mr. Lazarr "June" Vincent Neal, Jr.,  transitioned from this earthly life on Monday, October 21, 2019.

The Celebration of Life for Mr. Lazarr Vincent Neal, Jr. will be held on Monday, October 28, 2019 at 10:30AM at the Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, 5597 Etzel Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri 63112, Visitation beginning at 9:00AM until the beginning of service.

The Interment will be held at St. Peters Cemetery

A TIME TO BE BORN Since birth, Lazarr Vincent Neal, Jr. has always been impatient and in a hurry. Lazarr was born on April 6, 1970, two months earlier than expected. He was the second of four children born to the union of Patricia and Lazarr Neal, Sr. His father and brother, Antoine,         preceded him in death. Lazarr was commonly known as “June”, “J.”, “J Bird”, “June Bug, Jr.”, “JB” and also known as “Peat” as in repeat. “You hear me, you hear me?”, a phrase that he coined and used   OFTEN.  

 A TIME TO LEARN June was educated in the Parochial and St. Louis/Denver Public School System. He was a man of many trades. He attended Vatterott College for his HVAC Certification, achieved his Forklift Certification through the Pepsi Company and his OSHA Certification through the St. Louis Public School System. June was a hard worker and was consistently recognized for his strong work ethic, which followed him throughout life. “You hear me?” 

 A TIME TO WORSHIP June was raised with the foundation built on  God and was baptized as a child. He was very spiritual and believed in the power of prayer. In 1994, he re-dedicated his life to GOD and was re-baptized. 

 A TIME TO LOVE June was extremely family oriented! He loved being around family and friends and was known for repeating everything! “You hear me, you hear me?” He was the life of the party. He was fun loving,   cheerful, comical, talkative, impatient and, some would say,  worrisome (in a good way of course). He was extremely generous as he didn’t mind giving you his last. He was certain to bring smiles,   laughter and many, many, many, many compliments wherever he went. And he always went out of his way to make others feel good. To know him was to love him. “You hear me?” 
He was united in holy matrimony to Robyn Scott on November 25, 1995 and to this union four children were born. Three sons and one daughter, Ravona, who proceeded him in death.  

A TIME TO RETURN HOME On Monday, October 21 at 7:55 p.m., June suddenly departed this life and went home to meet his Lord and Savior. He will be greatly missed and his memories forever cherished
