OSIE MAE STARKS departed this life on Tuesday, March 24, 2020. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 1, 2020 at Layne Historic Chapel, 7239 West Florissant Ave., with Celebration of Life Services to begin promptly at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at St. Peters Cemetery.
